At first, these are the attributes that we are looking for them.

• Action tendency: are you concentrating on attainment and results? We look for persons with solid accomplishments of success in their field, who are able to work with minimal guidance, and surpass the objectives they have been set.  
• Brilliance in communication: can you get your ideas across to others succinctly and powerfully?
• Teamwork: can you deliver within a team as well as work on your own? We need individuals who are strong in their own right but who can also add to the collective power of the whole.
• Ability to deal with change: can you cope with an ever-changing environment? Working at Gambit Investments will involve working with new products, new structures, and new countries.

It is a tough brief to meet. As well as being solid in your field you will need to be energetic and creative, have a sense of balance, and be positive in your style and approach.
